Bruce is an executive and corporate coach. He specializes in high impact leadership and team practices that produce results, with unique capabilities in the development of patterns of thinking that enhance results. Bruce has over 18 years of business experience in mid to large sized energy companies in both the United States and Canada (10 years in management). Most assignments required (a) turn arounds, (b) development of new functions, (c) involved the management of difficult personalities or (d) required extensive cross function communication and cooperation.

Bruce is a graduate of the International Coach Federation approved Corporate Business Coaching Program of Corporate Coach University International. He has considerable management training and is qualified by the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society as a mediator. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and is the Past President of The Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.

Bruce has over 7 years of Business and Personal Development Coaching experience. In his independent coaching practice, Bruce also does coaching with owners/managers of small businesses, provides workshops and does public speaking. He is totally committed to and passionate about coaching excellence.
