Karen is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a BA in Education. She was a teacher in Edmonton for 7 years before moving to Calgary with her husband and 2 children.

Karen utilizes her education and teaching experience in delivering her front of the room training workshops. She is masterful at making the training experience one that embeds learning that is valuable for all participants.

She is a qualified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and utilizes this tool in many of her workshops.

Karen also works with the Leadersearch Team of Recruiters.
