Megan has been with Leadersearch since 1995 and has concentrated her efforts on Leadersearch's recruiting business. She also leads leadership and team building workshops, in which Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Leadership Challenge training are utilized. Megan holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and is trained in the Intrinsic coaching methodology from Totally Coached Inc.
