Coaching is an investment in human capital and the organization must realize value for its investment. Coaching supports executives, leaders and teams through their change initiatives, whether that is a shift in culture, building on leadership capabilities, or significant organizational or business focus changes. Coaching encourages participants to enhance their leadership presence, step beyond their comfort zones, examine possibilities, build upon their leadership capabilities and set high expectations. The result is significant realization of both organizational and personal goals.
Relationship Coaching
Relationship System Coaching is the process in which a coach participates with all the individuals in a system, to consciously create “right relationship”.
The process helps clients broaden their awareness from their narrow personal viewpoint, to that of their partner and then to the relationship. Leadersearch will meet with both parties individually prior to the partnered session. In preparation, each participant will be asked to identify the problem, then identify their personal, the other parties and the organization’s (common) wants or needs.

Each program is custom designed for each leader. We consider the company to be the client and the leader the beneficiary of the service. Therefore, the development plan must meet the approval of the client sponsor.
