Leadersearch is a pioneer in Western Canada in the field of organizational coaching which we began providing our clients when we incorporated over eighteen years ago in 1991. Our coaches provide one-on-one executive coaching, team coaching, organizational coaching, organizational assessments, leadership training, workshops and other leadership development initiatives along with quality recruitment services. We work with executives and leaders at all levels within an organization.

Our biggest challenge and our greatest asset is that we practice in our organization what we espouse to our clients. We believe in telling the hard truth, commitment, accountability, vision, values and results. In our relationships with client organizations and their leaders, we hold ourselves accountable to the same standards to which we hold those we coach.

Working with organizations from 10 to 80,000 employees in size and in a variety of industries, both public and private, profit and not-for-profit, Leader Search consistently helps organizations and individuals achieve their goals. We hold ourselves and our partners in the coaching process accountable to work within the context of the organizations and their specific strategic direction. In addition, we embrace the highest ethical standards and our coaches are all in good standing with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adhere to the ICF’s standards and practices for coaching.
