Melanie Spencer

Melanie specializes in coaching emerging leaders, empowering them to apply their potential and become the leaders they choose to be. She holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from Dublin City University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Melanie is a member of CAPC (Calgary Association of Professional Coaches) and the ICF (International Coach Federation). Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, and facilitation of individuals, groups and intact teams.
