Michelle has completed the Queen’s School of Business, Executive Program, earned her CSP (with distinction) through the Canadian Professional Sales Association, completed the Mount Royal College, Adult Educator Seminar Series, is a Certified Practitioner for Hermann International and has earned her (CPCC) Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching designation, through CTI, the Coaches Training Institute.
Michelle created her own space as an entrepreneur and business owner in the field of Sales Coaching and System Consulting. She also, spent 10 years in the hospitality industry, working as the Director of Sales for Hyatt Hotels, Delta Hotels and the Calgary Telus Convention Centre.
Also in a sales capacity, Michelle topped the charts in the medical, insurance and health and beauty industries. A keen ability to develop and implement strategies to maximize profitable growth and corporate objectives, along with a solid reputation and ambitious goal orientation has contributed to Michelle's leadership ability.
As a coach, Michelle is genuine, bright and invites trust. She has a natural ability to work with others, and engage them in their work and in their lives in a deep and powerful way. A high achiever, Michelle has 9 marathons under her feet, including a requalifying time for the Boston Marathon.
