  • Fit Factor Recruiting
Recruitment of professionals from front line technical staff to CEO's. Our specialization lies in 'matching character to culture'. This is retainer level recruiting that aligns with coaching. Most of our recruiting assignments come from smaller to midsize organizations that have a specific culture that calls for each employee to 'fit' the existing team and culture.

Coaching:

  • Assimilation Coaching
Coaching new hires to 'fit in' on an accelerated basis after they start new employment. Many new hires take up to a year to 'settle in' to their new organization culture. Coaching that individual can cut their 'assimilation' time in half.

  • Executive Coaching
Projects to coach individual leaders on a one to one basis. Projects are typically six months in length. Each project consists of up to 18 coaching sessions, an assessment package, a 360 process and a project evaluation. Coaching sessions are a mixture of on site - face to face and telephone sessions. Most projects are designed around the development of the individual leader and their leadership capabilities. Each project is custom designed for each leader. We consider the company to be the client and the leader the beneficiary of the service. Therefore, the development plan must meet the approval of the client sponsor.

  • Organizational Coaching
Projects consisting of coaching multiple leaders in one organization. Individual development plans are customized for each leader involved. Workshops on common topics bring all coaches together every six to eight weeks for a half-day workshop. Organizational objectives are clearly defined for the initiative. While individual development of each leader is a primary objective, organizational goals are a significant part of the end result. Examples of an organizational objective might be providing coaching for the top 30 leaders identified as strong succession candidates for senior leadership roles in the near future.
