Half day up to three-day client workshops and off site retreats. These are typically part of an organizational coaching project. Our strength centers around team development, communication skills, conflict resolution, etc. Leadersearch is well known for their team development work using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI instrument is the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world for understanding yourself and the individuals in your organization. The MBTI combines four preferences into 16 personality types and provides us with insight into how people will tend to communicate and interact with others. We have found the MBTI to be a powerful and versatile indicator of personality type and team behavior.
