Bob founded Leadersearch Executive Coaching Group in 1991. With almost 40 years of leadership development and executive coaching work under his belt Bob continues to deliver significant growth experiences to individual executives and their teams. Bob has coached over 1000 leaders and executives and continues to take on new executive assignments.

Bob’s focus today is aimed primarily at senior executive individuals with his one-on-one executive coaching. An expectation is that an executive commits to a serious development/transition plan starting with an intensive kick off utilizing Bob’s Adventure Conversations (www.adventureconversations.com) program as well as a minimum nine month coaching program.

Bob also works with executive teams facilitating their offsite/retreats which have strong agendas encompassing team building, strategy and courageous conversations.
